With more than 1200 sports enthousiasts, we regularly receive the same type of questions regarding Sports’ membership, De Boerderij reservations and sport regulations. Since we are a small team and we do not always have time to immediately respond to your questions, we have assembled this FAQ section. What are the rules & regulations?

Do I use the facilities at my own risk?
Yes, you use all facilities at your own risk. The Campus will not take any responsibility for injuries or accidents
Why do I have to pay extra for facilities membership?
Use of the facilities membership of Campus Sports is obligatory (5 Euro per year). That helps us to invest in new developments, upgrade needed requirements etc. It’s part of the entry form you can find here.
Till what time can I sport with my Campus colleagues?
Activities are allowed till 23.00 hours (also in weekends). All lights are shutdown automatically after that.
Are my personal belongings safe?
All members of Campus Sports have access to the dressing rooms via their Campus badge
Is it allowed to bring guests?
Guests are allowed as long as they are not the majority of people joining the game.
Who do I contact if I have any sports questions?

How do I rent ‘De Boerderij’, what are the regulations?

How do I cancel my Campus Sports membership?
Please send an e-mail with your first/name, last/name, telephone, e-mail, adress, and badge number with ‘ subject: membership cancellation ‘ to : firstname.lastname@example.org. We will contact you to confirm your cancellation
Who do I contact to organize a large event at High Tech Campus Eindhoven?
Campus Sports takes the initiative for large events taking place at High Tech Campus Eindhoven. The committee of the sports club has as its leading motive offering everyone directly or indirectly related to the Campus a sporty outlet. (Find the members here: link to 1.5 Campus Sports committee)
