Tuesday: Guided meditation by Michel
Wednesday: Kundalini yoga by Richard
Thursday: Silent meditation
Friday: Ashtanga yoga by Ruud

Location: HTC-61 “The Farm” (There is room for 15 people)
To loosen and relax the body with gentle movements.

Bring the mind at peace, a fresh and energetic approach to life, are the goals of Zhineng Qigong. These Chinese health exercises can be learned by anyone.

 

 

 

Lift Qi Up and Pour Qi Down (Peng Qi Guan Ding Fa)
Through this exercise, we strengthen the natural process of exchange between internal and external Qi. We open and strengthen the channels between man and nature. The blood and lymph flow are thus supported and harmonized, as well as the flow of energy through the meridians. There will be a calming, relaxing and detoxifying effect.


Facilitator is  Paul van der Geer
His ‘Why’ is: Inspiring people to live healthier lives.
For over 20 years he has been looking for ways to improve his health.
Zhineng Qigong is one of them. It is a very pleasant way of moving mediation.

Balance body and mind during lunch breaks by participating to our bi-weekly meditation!
During our 25 minutes sessions, we devote attention to the posture, the breath, and the dynamic relaxation of body and mind. Whatever your meditation tradition or experience, from beginner to advanced, you are welcome to join us.
